Google’s algorithms are always changing and updating, and increasingly there is more and more focus on the user — with the search engines favouring quality content over poorly written, keyword-stuffed pages. Google RankBrain is perhaps the greatest invention/best algorithm so far by any search engine. The RankBrain is a unique artificial intelligence signal targeted at improving search results on Google. When a brand fails to work on good customer service, the implications can be so dire to the extent of bringing down a company. While Google is the big dog when it comes to search engines, don’t forget about Bing. It does hold a considerable share of the search market. While focusing on user experience as we’ve advocated will work for Bing as well, you should do technical audits of your site for both search engines, to make sure you have not missed any important element.
You’re not an SEO, unless you’re also a content marketer
Creating a plan of works for improving your search engine rankings or identifying why a website isn’t ranking well isn’t always straight forwards. Most SEO firms will
tell claim it takes 4 to 6 months to start seeing results. It varies wildly but that’s generally in the ballpark for most projects. Note that SEO results are cumulative & escalate over time. If you’re getting positive results after 6 months these will compound after 12 months & re-compound thereafter. The most profitable relationships I’ve entered into with businesses have lasted for over 5 years during which time their fortunes have literally exploded. There are an awful lot of people making obscene amounts of money online, compared to traditional business owners by pushing unethical SEO techniques or black hat SEO if that’s what you prefer to call it. Why do they do it? Simply because it works and it is making them loads of money. Keyword selection requires its due consideration. You do not want to select a common, albeit popular, keyword featured in various other contents as it dilutes your visibility. Conversely, you do not want to choose a keyword that is so vague that your content becomes almost non-existent for the users.
Remember that the anchor text of nofollow links is useless for your search engine rankings
Without discounting the value of links and traffic, content is most likely the key element of a website's charisma. Good content will lead to links and traffic. The length of search
phrases continues to grow. Back when the Internet was just an upstart, single keywords were the only thing you needed. Ensuring that your piece of content explores the topic fully across many relevant sub-topics, and doesn’t only provide a thin/generic answer, will help with discovery and perceived value. I’m sure you don’t want to spend time creating content no one wants to read.
Strong relationships = Long-term SEO benefits
Do some keyword research and create a list of all the keywords for which you want to be ranked on search engines. Sort this list by priority or relevance to your business. And divide the words into “transactional” or “informational” keywords. Transactional keywords include a clear user intention to such as “buy red sneakers.” Informational keywords, in contrast, focus on obtaining information. Buyers are in this phase, for example, when they want to know more about a product before they buy it. Every time a search engine finds your website next to your competitors, it tells them that your company is in a related niche. Google tends to prefer Featured Snippet content that begin logically as an answer would. According to Gaz Hall, a UK SEO Consultant

You have an opportunity to write something and rank highly for it
When you are implementing URL parameters, always check whether the ultimate copy changes significantly. You should particularly check on Meta description and titles. There are some legitimate
concerns about SEO for newcomers; it isn’t a strategy you can master quickly, nor is it guaranteed to pay off. Blogging is a great way to stay up to date while
easily generating new, relevant content. Blogging
regularly (ideally once a week at a minimum) can have
significant implications for search engine optimization,
since each new blog entry represents a new web page. If you're trying to get links from colleges, create content targeted at them that you can use during outreach. Trust me, there's usually something you know that you could write an entire tutorial on that would interest college webmasters.
